Abstract: |
Nowadays, conductive and semi-conductive fabrics due to flexibility, lightness and wide range of application has been attracted by different industries such as medical textile, electronic, sensors, electrodes, flexible resistance and many others. Poly (3, 4-ethylenedioxythiophene):poly(styrene sulfonate) (PEDOT:PSS) is used as conductive polymer in various applications such as electrode in flexible electronic devices. Because of special structure of carbon black, it is used as auxiliary material for increasing conductivity. Also, SDS is anionic surfactant that is used as dissolution catalyst. In this work, significant changes and differences in conductivity has been investigated by two approaches. First approach is ironing carbon black nano particle on the polyester fabric with dipping and second approach is exclusively dipping on the polyester fabric. At the end, electrical conductivity tests, FE-SEM images, Raman spectrum were showed and hydrophilic test was investigated. FE-SEM images indicated nano particles on polyester fabric surface. The electrical resistance of treated fabric with ironing carbon black nano particle and dipping in PEDOT:PSS was 2920 Ω , ironing carbon black nano particle and dipping in SDS and PEDOT:PSS was 1210 Ω , ironing carbon black nano particle and dipping in SDS and PEDOT:PSS was 887 Ω and dipping in solution of PEDOT:PSS , carbon black nano particle and SDS was 675 Ω . |
